Our Yoga and Meditation classes are an opportunity for you to bring balance back into your day, offering a space for you to deeply rest and rejuvenate your body and your mind.
- Thursdays 6.00pm – 7.00pm (Bookings are required). New course commences Thursday 11th May 2017.
These classes commence with a short meditation in a lying position with a focus on breathing and body connection. Once a deep connection to the body is established and felt the focus is then on taking this connection into gentle postures and exercises to support your body to gently open and strengthen. The focus is on taking the meditation into the movements. The classes complete by returning to stillness and offering you the space to go deeper in your body connection.
The tools presented in these classes are encouraged to be used as part of your everyday life so that you can learn to live in a way where you are more connected which alleviates stress of the mind, brings balance and harmony.
Our classes are small group classes offered in a safe environment. These classes are suitable for all people from the complete beginner to the more experienced.
The Teacher: Donna Gianniotis has been teaching Yoga and Meditation for fourteen years as a full time practitioner in Sydney and at holiday destinations of Lord Howe Island and Hayman Island. She brings a deep care to her classes encouraging participants to feel, experience and deeply reconnect back to a way of living and being in their body.
