This dynamic exercise class will work the body in a way to increase your cardiovascular fitness, strengthen and stretch from a place of connection with the body.
This class is for anyone who would like to:
- Increase fitness levels in a safe and controlled environment.
- Increase awareness of the body and learn to move and exercise in a way that fully supports the body.
- Have fun with exercise and for it not to be a chore.
Cost: $90 for 6 week program. Commences in February.

This class will begin with connecting with the body, then move into a gentle cardiovascular workout, followed by strengthening exercises using hand weights and rounding off the class with floor work and stretching. The last few minutes will be spent lying down and resting the body.

Instructor: Donna Gianniotis has been teaching yoga for over a decade and is now passionate about sharing how to exercise using the principles that she has learnt through yoga – connection in an exercise context. She holds a Cert III in Fitness.
